Over 50 years ago Ralph D’Alessandro founded 427 Auto Collision in a 2,500-square-foot facility. Since then, the third-generation family-owned and operated business has become a leader in the collision repair industry. Continued growth and development have nurtured a close partnership with most vehicle manufacturers and area dealerships. For over 40 years, Lorenzo has provided strategic leadership and defined the overall vision of the company. His dedication and drive have resulted in the support of a robust network of industry partners, and given rise to new growth opportunities for the company that have greatly benefited our customers and employees. Lorenzo's pursuit of continuous improvement opportunities means the company is always at the forefront of innovative repair technology, quality repairs, customer service, and favourable employee relations.
Frank, VP Operations
Frank's 35 years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry is vital to the overall success of our day-to-day operations. His oversight of our production departments, and direct involvement with the repair planning process means our customers' repairs are subject to his expertise from start to finish, and our employees are mentored by one of the best in the industry.
John, VP Sales
John's many talents include marketing, communications, business management and long-term planning for the company. John helped develop and oversee’s our facility in downtown Toronto, CSN Avenue Collision. Focused on maintaining a cohesive strategy between both shops, John's commitment is to ensure the same degree of quality repairs, exceptional customer service, and positive work environment realized by CSN 427 Auto.
